Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what UpNxt (operated by Konekt AI) collects, why, and how it’s handled. UpNxt is a marketplace, not a payment processor, and holds no funds.

1. Information we collect

Account & personal info: name, email, phone number, and — for clippers — your country and city (Philippine and other SEA personal information).
Payout details: your GCash and/or PayMaya number, stored so an administrator can send your payouts manually.
Social account connections: OAuth access and refresh tokens for the platforms you connect (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), plus public profile identifiers and the content metrics we read (views, likes, comments, watch time).
Campaign & usage data: campaigns, submitted clips, post links, earnings, and basic technical logs (including IP address, used for rate limiting and abuse prevention).

2. How we use it

To operate the marketplace: match clippers to campaigns, verify views via platform APIs, calculate earnings, run anti-fraud checks, send transactional notifications, and let an administrator send your payouts. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Social tokens & security

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and used only to read the metrics needed to verify your posts’ performance. We never post on your behalf. You can disconnect an account at any time, and tokens are refreshed or flagged for reconnect as they expire.

4. No automated fund custody

UpNxt does not hold, escrow, or move money. Payout numbers are stored only so a human administrator can send transfers to you off-platform via GCash or PayMaya. Balances shown are calculated figures, not funds held by UpNxt.

5. Sharing

We share limited data with service providers that make the Platform work (our database/hosting and our email provider for notifications) and with the social platforms’ APIs you connect. We may disclose information where required by law.

6. Retention

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed for records, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data.

7. Your choices

You can update your profile and payout details, disconnect social accounts, and request access to or deletion of your data by contacting the UpNxt team.
