Terms of Service

UpNxt is a marketplace only. It connects brands who fund content-distribution campaigns with clippers who edit and repost that content to their own social accounts, and it tracks verified views to calculate what each party has earned.

UpNxt is not a bank, e-money issuer, or payment processor. It does not hold, escrow, or transfer funds. It provides no automated fund custody or disbursement.

Brands pay their campaign budgets directly to Konekt AI via bank transfer, GCash, or PayMaya. Clipper payouts are sent manually by an administrator to the clipper’s GCash or PayMaya number. Balances and earnings shown in the app are calculated figures based on verified views × the campaign CPM — they represent amounts owed, not money held by UpNxt.

UpNxt takes a 20% platform fee on each campaign; the remaining 80% forms the clipper payout pool. Minimum payout is ₱200. Payout batches are processed weekly and marked paid once the transfer is sent.

You must be based in an eligible Southeast Asian country, connect genuine social accounts you own, and only post content after a brand approves your clip. Content you post must comply with the rules of the platform it’s posted to. Artificially inflating views (bots, click farms, view exchanges) is prohibited and may result in withheld earnings, suspension, or a permanent ban with forfeiture of pending earnings.

You must own or have the rights to the content you distribute, share it via a Google Drive folder (including any required watermark asset), and review clips fairly. Your campaign goes live only after Konekt AI confirms receipt of your deposit.

Views are measured through official platform APIs. UpNxt runs automated anti-fraud checks and may hold, review, reject, or reverse earnings tied to activity that fails those checks. Decisions on flagged activity are made by UpNxt administrators.

You’re responsible for activity on your account. UpNxt may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

The Platform is provided “as is.” Earnings estimates are not guaranteed and depend on real, verified performance. To the extent permitted by law, Konekt AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for third-party platform changes that affect tracking.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
